Sentec Systems was founded in 2016 by Clear Fork native Jason Poth. From our headquarters in downtown Bellville, we help businesses, nonprofits, municipalities and public-safety agencies manage the technology they rely on every day. Our team provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, business phone and physical security services. The idea behind the company is simple: customers should be able to call a local team that knows their organization and takes responsibility for getting the job done.

MEET OUR TEAM

Jason Poth founded Sentec Systems in 2016 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. His interest in technology began early and eventually led him to build a company focused on helping organizations solve real problems with dependable systems and responsive local support. Jason remains closely involved in both the technical work and long-term direction of Sentec.



A Clear Fork native, Jason stays active in the community through his service on the YMCA board and his support of local health initiatives. Outside of work, he teaches scuba diving and enjoys traveling. Both give him opportunities to meet new people, explore different places and continue learning outside of the technology world.

Aaron Rasmus is the President of Sentec Systems and brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology and call center management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Networking and Telecommunications. His background allows him to look at technology from both a technical and operational perspective. He focuses on how systems affect the people using them every day and how the right technology can improve service, communication and efficiency.



At Sentec, Aaron helps guide business operations, customer relationships and long-term planning. He believes technology should make work easier and solve practical problems rather than create unnecessary complexity. Outside of Sentec, Aaron is active in local organizations and community projects. He is also dedicated to his family and values the time they spend together.

Ben Miller is a Help Desk Support Specialist at Sentec Systems. He developed his IT skills at Pioneer Career and Technology Center, where he became involved in CyberPatriot and worked with both Windows and Linux systems. Through Business Professionals of America, Ben competed in PC Servicing and Troubleshooting, placing first regionally, fourth in Ohio and sixth nationally.



At Sentec, Ben helps customers work through day-to-day technology problems and keeps issues from becoming larger disruptions. His technical background, patience and willingness to keep digging make him a valuable resource for customers who need clear answers and dependable support. Outside of work, Ben enjoys gaming and creating music. Both interests give him another way to explore technology and creativity.

Allen Cole is a Field Systems Engineer at Sentec Systems. He specializes in low-voltage cabling, cable management and computer hardware. Much of his work takes place onsite, where he installs equipment, organizes infrastructure and helps troubleshoot the physical systems that keep customer technology connected and working properly.



Allen takes pride in clean, organized installations that are easier to understand and maintain. His attention to detail is especially valuable on projects involving cabling, equipment placement and hardware upgrades. He approaches each job with the goal of leaving the customer with a system that works well and is built to last. Outside of work, Allen enjoys photography, an interest that reflects the same patience and attention to detail he brings to his fieldwork.

Jayden Bowman-Rasmus is a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst at Sentec Systems. He helps monitor customer environments, identify suspicious activity and support the security practices used to protect systems and data. He is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity at Ashland University while gaining hands-on experience with organizations across several industries.



His role allows him to apply what he is learning in the classroom to real security challenges. Jayden continues to build his skills through practical work, ongoing study and exposure to the tools Sentec uses to monitor and protect customer networks. Outside of Sentec, he owns and operates a vehicle detailing business. That work reflects the same attention to detail, patience and commitment to quality that he brings to cybersecurity.
