Founded in 2016 by Clear Fork native Jason Poth, Sentec Systems empowers local governments, small businesses and non‑profits across Richland, Ashland and Franklin counties and beyond with reliable IT, cloud and security solutions. Our mission is to combine cutting‑edge technology with responsive service to streamline operations, protect data and help organizations grow.

MEET OUR TEAM

Jason Poth is the Chief Executive Officer of Sentec Systems and has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, which sparked a lifelong interest in tech and innovation. That passion eventually led him to start Sentec Systems in 2016, with the goal of helping businesses solve problems through smart, reliable technology solutions.


Outside of work, Jason stays active in the community. He serves on the YMCA board, supports local health initiatives, and even teaches Scuba Diving. He’s also an avid traveler who values the new perspectives that come from exploring different parts of the world.



Even with a packed schedule, Jason stays focused on growing Sentec Systems. His leadership has helped the company earn multiple awards and a reputation for excellent service. He’s a hands-on entrepreneur who cares about his team, his community, and using technology to make a difference.

Aaron Rasmus is the President of Sentec Systems and brings more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Call Center management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Networking and Telecommunications, which helped shape his strong foundation in both technical skills and business strategy. Aaron has always been passionate about using technology to help businesses grow and succeed. He takes a practical approach to how tech fits into day-to-day operations and strongly believes it can drive real, lasting change.


Outside of work, Aaron is dedicated to his family and his community. He’s actively involved in several local organizations, using his leadership and tech background to support projects that make a meaningful impact.

Ben Miller, is a Helpdesk Support Specialist at Sentec Systems. While studying IT at Pioneer Career and Technology Center, Ben's computer passion led him to excel in extracurriculars. He notably engaged in the Cyberpatriot competition, sponsored by the Air Force Association, showcasing his cybersecurity prowess across platforms like Windows and Linux. At Business Professionals Of America, Ben's talent shone in PC Servicing and Troubleshooting, securing 1st regionally, 4th at state, and an impressive 6th place nationally.


Outside of work, Ben channels his tech enthusiasm into gaming, reflecting his well-rounded tech expertise. Additionally, he finds joy in creating music, showcasing his diverse passions and commitment to both technology and creativity. With a solid IT foundation and a track record of success, Ben provides invaluable support for our clients' technology needs.

Allen Cole is Field Systems Engineer at Sentec Systems. A skilled expert in low voltage cabling, meticulous cable management, and computer hardware, Allen's technical finesse is evident through his specialization as a low voltage cabling expert and installer.


Beyond his professional achievements, Allen's leisurely pursuits are captured through his passion for photography. Possessing a diverse range of skills and an unwavering dedication to achieving excellence, Allen significantly contributes to innovative solutions for our clients.

Jayden Bowman-Rasmus is a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst at Sentec Systems, where he helps protect client systems and data through cybersecurity best practices and proactive monitoring. He is currently attending Ashland University, pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity while gaining hands-on experience supporting businesses across a variety of industries.


Outside of work, Jayden owns and operates a vehicle detailing business, where his attention to detail and commitment to quality are on full display. His passion for technology and dedication to learning make him a valuable member of the Sentec Systems team.
